Contact Me // You think I might be the right person to help you write copy. Fill out my brief contact form so that I can get to know more about your needs and make sure we’re a good fit.
Let's Chat // I’ll get back to you to set up a call to talk about your project and how I can help.
WE SETTLE ON A RESTAURANT WE BOTH LOVE
Contract //Once we decide to "make it official," we sign a contract, I send you an invoice for the work, and we decide on a payment schedule, usually 50% up front and then 50% when I’ve sent the first draft of the last deliverable.
WE CHIT CHAT OVER APPS AND BEVERAGES
Discovery questionnaire // I send you a detailed questionnaire that delves into your brand, your clients, and your offer. You fill it out and send it back.
Ideal client survey // I send you a short survey for you to send to your best clients. This helps us capture their words, which is the copy equivalent of pure gold.
Discovery call // Once you send me your answers to the discovery questionnaire, we get on a call to discuss your answers, clarify your needs, and outline what notes and collateral I need from you to move forward.
Collateral delivery // If I need access to files, programs, or other collateral in order to write your copy, or any notes that will help me include the right details in your copy, you’ll provide those to me so that I can get started.
YOU ORDER, AND THE CHEF GETS COOKING
Copy creation // Once I have the responses to the ideal client survey, and any additional collateral you provide, I get busy writing copy for the project you've chosen. If I have any questions during this time, I'll reach out via email or set up a call.
THE MEAL IS PRESENTED
Deliverables // Once complete, I send your copy. You review it. You make any edits or suggestions—or tell me it's great as is—and send the copy back to me.
Revisions // If needed, I will do up to two revisions of the copy to add extra details or refine the message to be exactly as you want it.
WE DELIGHT OVER EVERY BITE
Always room for dessert // You come away from the experience feeling like you’ve been taken care of. You fall in love with the results of your copy, and you ask me what’s for dessert so you can make an even bigger impact. Yum!

You send me some copy, 500 words or so, and I give it a copy makeover. You could send a website page, a short sales page, an email or two, your bio—something you’re stuck on and would love to revamp.
I review the copy, do rewrites and make edits, and jump on a call with you to explain why I did what I did. You’ll learn a few copy tricks along the way, and you’ll get a good idea about how I work and what I can do for you.

- About page // The second-most visited page on a website is your About page. You need an About page that feels less like a resume and more like a good conversation between friends that makes your ideal customer feel heard and wanting to know more. Done!
- Taglines // A good tagline is like a good headline—it intrigues the reader and makes them want to stick around. I’ll brainstorm a bunch of taglines that we hone together. In the end, you’ll have a list of taglines you can use across your marketing. Sweet!
- Blog brainstorms // What the BLEEP should I write about this week? Don’t you hate that feeling? Yeah, I get rid of it for you. I’ll come up with weekly blog topics and summaries for six months. Boom!
- Blog writing // Want me to write those blogs? Sure! I’ll write four blog posts up to 400 words each. You provide some notes, I do the work. Take that off your plate!
